Positive: Felt really at home. The kitchen was great and very well equipped. Sofas were comfortable and a good Smart TV that we could log into apps on. Loved the layout and high ceiling with exposed frame and beams. Instructions and guides for use of all appliances etc was provided and clear, plus all sorts of brochures clear. We found the beds comfy and the bathroom great with a decently powerful over-bath shower. As we brought 2 dogs with us, loved how dog-friendly the place was and we were welcomed to make use of the fully enclosed and equipped agility paddock, allowing off-lead exercise; also a further bit of paddock to explore. The welcome was warm and the couple who own and run the place are on-site; totally non-intrusive yet super friendly and incredibly helpful. Located so that Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon are each about 15 to 20 mins away, with loads of tourist and historical attractions a very short distance away all around: same for a really good choice of supermarket and retail outlets, plus pubs/restaurants.
Negative: Nothing, but would flag that there are no pubs/restaurants/entertainment in walking distance…but that didn’t bother us in the least.
Summary: Brilliant break…would go again!

Positive: Location fabulous.Very congenial hosts.Couldn't do enough for us . my Husband is disabled so they installed a reclining chair.Snowed heavily so we were snowed in and they did some shopping for us. Lovely and warm with underfl0or heating .Only lit wood burning stove twice as it was so warm inside although minus 5 outside Great walking area but also many places of interest to visit . Many NT properties to see. Large enclosed field for the dogs to run free. All in all 12 out of 10.Will definately go back one day in the summer.
Negative: Could find no fault.Perfection
Summary: wonderful holiday made better by the snow and making us walk and we even made a snowman.
