Summary: Staff was more than accommodating and took good care of us. We needed to have some packages delivered ahead of time and they had no problem securing them for us and having them ready in our room. Very grateful for their help and service.

Summary: Very nice self-service hotel that is convenient to the airport and Naples. Owner was super helpful in getting access to the hotel and gave a variety of dining options. Accommodations were nice and the room was clean. Strong hot shower as well. Highly recommend!

Summary: The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us get a taxi on short notice, and they responded immediately to our late-night challenge entering the room. We had four rooms, and three of us had trouble flushing the toilet, our hairdryer wasn’t hooked up, and the walls were very thin. I’m sure the staff would have been helpful for technical issues, but our stay was too rushed to report them. The property seemed very new - maybe still ironing out some bugs.

Summary: Property was newer and very well kept. Room was clean and quiet, perfect for a short stay prior to catching our early morning outbound flight the next day. Hotel communication was excellent. We missed the free morning breakfast due to the time of our departure but the facility did offer a take away option. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
