Positive: Cheap. Simple room for good money.
Negative: Connection with the stuff. No one answered us in our messages. When we arrived we called the staff to ask what we should do. A guy from the staff told us that this is the wrong address and gave us another address (10 minutes from the old address). Sorry but we were scared and confused cause it was a deep night and foreign country for us.
Summary: Strange but cheap

Positive: Very friendly host, easy check-in, appartement is clean and has all the facilities (except air conditioning, but its not a big problem). In general, it's perfect place for overnight stay. I'll definitely come here again on my way back home. Especially good the possible to check-in late - we arrived at 23:55 and didn't have any issues.
Negative: The pillow might be better quality

Negative: The code from the dor was very generic, it was easy to imagine that any person that enters a room knows the code to all rooms. The shower was cloged and the water acumulated inside.
