Positive: The sea view is beautiful, and the property does have an infinity pool. However, the pool isn’t well maintained and there’s noticeable chlorine and a lack of regular cleaning. On the positive side, the owner is responsive and available to address any queries.

Negative: The property likely had great potential when it was originally built, but over time, it hasn’t been maintained well. There are broken hinges, worn-out cupboards, cleaning issues and frequent power trips, clearly lacking professional upkeep. If you’re expecting a luxury stay for the price you pay, you may be disappointed. The visuals shared in video is quite different from the on-ground reality as video appears to be of when it was built (some years ago). Parking is another challenge, there’s no dedicated space, so vehicles are parked on the roadside. If the basement floor is also rented out, parking becomes even more difficult. Overall very average stay!

Summary: Once a great property, it has now lost much of its charm and clearly needs professional upkeep to restore its appeal.

Positive: Wonderful view and planning of the villa with value for money. The property owner Mr. Kambli was very generous and supportive. The caregiver of the property was very helpful. They also prepared some delicious dishes for us.

Negative: I didn’t find anything to dislike.

Positive: I would say this is the most underrated property in goa. Close to railway station and airport (vasco da gama) Perfect for 5-6 people. If you’re staying here you need not have to go anywhere for party. You will have your own private swimming pool you can put songs without any restrictions.

Positive: The host was very helpful. The house help were also very helpful. There was nothing to not like about the property. I had an amazing experience, I wish I could stay there longer, as this is the perfect property to take some time off for leisure.
