Positive: The apartment is very well furnished with well-maintained amenities for family travel, which includes a washing machine and dryer, stovetop, microwave oven, electric kettle, and sufficient tableware for a family. The apartment's living area is spacious, and the rooms are good-sized. The master bedroom has its own attached bathroom, which is ideal for families. Their apartment is conveniently located near MOS Burger and Lawsons, making grabbing a quick meal and groceries effortless. San-A Urasoe Parco City mall is also not too far away.

Positive: Very good location. The place is clean, comfortable, a good view. The design is functional, practical and yet feels homely. Great location - what you need is indeed within walking distance. Ginowan is a good place to stay, instead of the Naha area.

Positive: Great location. Quiet yet near to amenities like Lawsons, Starbucks, McDonalds, Mos Burger and other Japanese cuisine eateries. The room was large and spacious, and it was well equipped. General cleanliness was good; there were some dustiness but it was not a major issue. Check in/out was simple and fuss free. Communications with the hotel was also always prompt and efficient over messaging.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The spacious apartment with three bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen (with plenty of dishes, glasses, a rice cooker, fridge, pots and so on). Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilets were nice for a group of four people.

Negative: Plenty of towels but there was little place to hang them on. The noise from the main street at night might be disturbing for a light sleeper.

Summary: Great stay for families.

Positive: Salacious and clean. Has all the basic amenities you need in an apartment hotel.

Negative: Bedding is very soft, as in the middle sinks in a little. Hotel is super rigid about check out time. Be aware it’s 10am, not the usual 11am with most hotels. Also, they knocked on our door at 1002am to make sure we had left. Did not like the way they rushed us out.
