Summary: Taking into account Rixos name, it does not meet the expectations. Everything is good but not perfect and always there is something missing. Starting from the Bungalow, the location and sight is amazing but there is no outdoor setting area for us like other and they said (sorry because other Bungalows are occupied and no enough sitting areas!!!). Inside the Bungalow, no coffee machine and just regular tea bags and instant coffee bags. The Bungalow was for 4 persons but all the sets were for 2 only. The Turquoise Restaurant was another disaster, very nice location and setting area but very bad and late service, very bad food presentation, and very bad orders (Pizza missing ingredients, cold food, wrong orders, ...etc) and many guests were fighting with the stuff for that. Although Our breakfast is included, we preferred to have it at the Bungalow to avoid another bad experience with the restaurant. Of course, there should be something not perfect. The orange juice that claimed to be Fresh is just a powdered juice with water. The butter and Jam were missing. We did not bother ourselves even to report that. So, in conclusion, it is just good. it is not what you expect when you go to places like Rixos. You will not feel the luxury in that place.

Summary: Review of My Third Stay at Rixos Montaza – A Mix of Positives and Areas for Improvement This was my third stay at Rixos Montaza, and as always, I appreciate the noticeable improvements, especially in entertainment, which gets better with each visit. Also some things never change—like the warm, smiling welcome from Mr. Abdelrahman, who sets a fantastic first impression. Highlights: - Anjana Spa: Still a top-tier experience, offering perfect relaxation. - La Turquoise Restaurant: Consistently excellent service and food quality. - L’Olivio Restaurant (à la carte):A wonderful dining experience with great food. Areas for Improvement: 1. Golf Cart Transportation: Still insufficient, with long waits. Some drivers even refuse guests, asking them to wait for the next cart—this needs better management. 2. Confusing Policies at Nyra Beach: A frustrating incident occurred when the manager, Mohamed, tried to charge me for dinner despite my half-board eligibility. I showed him the hotel’s written policy, and even reception staff confirmed my entitlement, but he insisted on enforcing an imaginary rule. Clarity and consistency in policies are essential to avoid guest dissatisfaction. Despite these issues, I still believe Rixos Montaza has the potential to be one of the best hotels. I share this feedback hoping for further improvements, as I genuinely enjoy my stays here.

Summary: I just had another wonderful stay at Rixos Montaza Hotel Alexandria, and once again, the team made it truly special. First, I want to thank Mr. Abdelrahman (Reception Manager) for his constant help and warm welcome—he really goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The whole Reception team was also fantastic, always smiling and ready to assist. This time, I tried the Anjana Spa in the king Foad Building, and it was so relaxing—big thanks to Martina, Lana, and Smily for their amazing service. At Niyra Beach, Mohamed Abdallah was a highlight—always cheerful and quick to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious as always. -Turquoise Restaurant: Breakfast was a treat, especially the poached egg with salmon and avocado made by Chef Ahmed—so tasty! Dinner was just as good, with the seafood plate and pizza being my favorites. -L’Comtess Restaurant: Hossam and the team gave me great service, and the food was outstanding—every dish was full of flavor. I also did the Montaza Tour this time, and it was so interesting—seeing the attraction, king's train, tea castle, green house and castles was a unique experience. Definitely recommend it! Thank you again, Rixos Montaza, for another perfect stay. Your team’s kindness and attention to detail make this hotel one of my favorites. Can’t wait to come back!

Summary: My stay at Rixos Montaza Alexandria was amazing! A huge thank you to Abdelrahman, the Reception Manager, for making everything so special. The food at L’Olivio Restaurant was delicious the chefs are so talented Ahmed and his team made every meal perfect. Also a special thank you to Chef Ahmed No3man’s for his rice pudding it was delicious. La Comtesse Restaurant felt like dining in a real royal castle such a unique experience. Hossam Salah and Chef Ahmed El Ameen made it unforgettable. The Anjana Spa was so peaceful, with stunning views. I left feeling completely relaxed. Note they just provide you with 1 hr only per reservation. What really made my stay perfect that the staff and everyone was so kind and trying to help you. I felt so welcome. Note: There are 4 hotels open now, with more coming soon. I stayed in the Nariman Hotel, for sure there are still things need to be changed for example the beach area needs to be more cleaned and have more facilities also they need to increase the golf cars. i believe that once everything is fully open, it’s going to be even more incredible. I can’t wait to come back thank you, Rixos Montaza

Summary: This property has just opened. It's very nice and i reserved a Suite by the sea which was magnificent. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This property is in the best location in Alexandria and i highly recommend it.
