Positive: Huge rooms, excellent landscaping, nice pool, loads of activities for kids, Food was also really good. Property is very well maintained. Kids have pool, slides, a small park, outdoor gym, BR ice-cream and fresh cut fruits near the beach just before sunset. Buggy is available on call. Very responsive team.
Negative: The furniture are quite outdated and old design. the water pressure in the bathroom kept dipping. Minor inconvenience only.
Summary: Beautiful Location & Amazing Property - Worth the money espc for families.

Positive: Nice facilities, well kept, always clean, equipments like sports activities/bikes, mats all new and well kept. Great animation team and choices of animation catering for all tastes and ages (the Oktoberfest was such an unexpected and amazing food and entertainment!) We were skeptical about the all inclusive: but amazing food options, always a snack available for kids, healthy juices by the pool and nice drinks choices. We also liked that the portions in the restaurants are not big which in an all inclusive can lead to waste. Also despite the all inclusive drinks wise, we never saw a pile of cups/glasses as the team is always on top of the cleaning up. T
Negative: The room in the main building can be a bit noisy with the family pool activities, and maybe worth giving heads up to guests.
Summary: Amazing! We want to go back (or we didn’t want to leave)!

Positive: We loved and truly enjoyed the activities and programs at the hotel. It’s a perfect place for families, friends, and even solo travelers. The food was excellent too!
Negative: The room and corridor interiors need a bit of an upgrade - they look dull and a bit old. It’s also quite a long walk from the dome lobby to the room at the far end.
Summary: We would still love to go back.

Positive: The check-in process was great thanks to Dally at the reception. She explained the reservation process of the hotel restaurants very well. Musa the guy who delivered our luggage to our room was very good and polite. Aissa the telephone operator was also very helpful in booking us a space at Toro Loco. The whole Toro Loco team was very good and we didn't have to wait very long for our food and the food was great! We love the black tempura. Overall, the whole Rixos team all the interactions we had were all pleasant and they were all professionals - from security to the lifeguards, the waiters to the guys assisting the luggage all did a great job.
Negative: The breakfast, particularly the egg section could have been better. The sunny side up and scrambled egg were not great. The cold cuts section could also improve, was mostly disappointed I couldn't find until the last day of stay the smoked mackerel. In addition, the coffee section would have also been better by putting in coffee stations, that way guests don't need to fall inline and wait for the barista for coffee.
Summary: It was a pleasant stay, much needed break.

Negative: Resturant booking with QR code didnt work / became fully booked within 5min of opening- we were not able to book at all. The tv in the room didnt work in the room. Few places to get drinks for children-nothing near to the kids pool.
