Positive: Very quirky building from the outside and very well designed inside. All facilities were in excellent condition. Plenty of cutlery and utensils in a well equipped kitchen. Very comfy bed. The walk in shower was perfect. Lounge area was very cosy and quiet. Some lovely seating outside, but we had a lot of rain so didn't get to use it. The whole cottage was ideal for our stay in Pateley Bridge and was so quiet. Parking was very good just a short walk from the cottage. Lots of independent shops in the high street. We shall definitely return in the future.

Negative: Everything was of a very high standard. I would definetly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Positive: Location ……. In the middle of pateley ….. a gem , so unexpected , beautiful courtyard apartment beautifully decorated and space used so cleverly

Negative: Just don’t like leather settees but can see why they are used for self catering , easy to keep clean …. That’s my thing though …. Bed extremely comfortable too …. I was a bit dubious using oven …. So decided not too …..

Summary: Absolutely lovely … would like to bring my bike next time ….
