Positive: Our host Nicolino was excellent. He sent us a PDF file with details of everything you need to know on the apartment, Alghero and surrounding area, restaurants, lounge bars, beaches, places to visit and much more. Communication with Nicolino was easy, he was always on hand for advice and recommendations. The apartment was superb, it was spacious and extremely comfortable. Two large balconies and within walking distance to the lido, beaches and the Old Town of Alghero. Although there are lots of restaurants, pizzerias cafés, ice cream shops and bars in the area. In fact the restaurant opposite was delicious, we ate there twice. Nicolino was kind and generous and even left us a gift of the lovely local Sardinia bread. Nicolino and Antonio had absolutely everything you need in the apartment to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday. I cannot thank them enough for a memorable stay and I would definitely return to this apartment and their hospitality.

Positive: I have two reviews, but both of them are 10*... one more extensive, the other shorter. let's start with the short one, absolutely exceptional🩷🩷🩷 😍 now on to the wide... the apartment is located a maximum of 1 minute walk to the beach in a quiet and clean area, on the ground floor a restaurant with everything you want (tip, tiramisu is a dream 😍) the shop 2 minutes away is stocked with everything... the interior of the apartment is stocked like your own home, kitchen complete with everything you need for cooking, washing machine (on the balcony in the closet on the left), microwave oven, oven, glasses, mugs.... Clean, fragrant, ideal for a family of 3-4 people! The owners are very communicative, respectful, caring, and always there for any concerns you may have. We felt special and at home! We will definitely be back soon! Grazie mile Nicolino, thank you Antonio. Everything was exceptional!👌🏻

Positive: Accommodation Riviera House Alghero clearly belongs to the better ones. Very good peaceful location, without the need to use the bus, you can walk to the historic center of Alghero in approx. 25 minutes, also approx. 15 minutes to the beautiful Maria Pia beach. You are one minute away from the nearest Lido di Alghero Beach. However, during our stay it was not the cleanest. Grocery is very close. We were therefore very satisfied with the location. My "eternally hungry" boyfriend greatly appreciated the equipment of the accommodation and especially the kitchen. We really had everything we needed to feel at home. The host Nicolino was very helpful. He was wondering if we were missing something, if everything was okay. He was very quick to respond to messages. He tried to help us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you very much Nicolino!

Negative: Personally, I would change the double bed, me and the boyfriend were disturbing each other at night. But I don't see any other negatives of this accommodation.

Positive: Nice place near the beach, restaurant and shop Appartament was nice and had everything what we needed. We communicated by booking chat. Edoardo communicated italian and I communicated english, but with translator it was OK. We came in the night but keys were prepared in locker.

Negative: The bed creaked.
