Positive: I really like this hotel (location, shopping centre downstairs). The staff is nice and I can see some of the staff working for many years in this hotel, which is a good sign…
Negative: Few things made me feel disappointed. First, no heating, AC only cools down or keeps the same temperature; I was really cold and humid at night… Second, very long awaiting time for hot water (water is only warm, to get hot water you need to waste a lot of water first). Third, the hotel speaks about environmental friendly policy (wooden access cards, bla bla)but every single cup in the room is packed within plastic bag. Towels are changed every day even if they hang and I would be happy to reuse them during whole stay. Other issue is that towels do not dry well as it is cold in the room…

Positive: It was our first time at the Hotel and we will definitely come back. Room beautiful with sea views, huge bed and very comfortable. Breakfast had loats of options and everything was very nice (not overcooked fried eggs!!! it was the best!!!) and the locations is perfect, the beach just there where you have loats of bars along the coast and its very close to Cascais for a night out. Ahhh, and the swimming pool really good! Super happy!! 100% recommended.

Positive: The rooms were spacious, it was a treat to have a separate lounge with a couple of couches. We had a corner unit so quite a large balcony. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Very close to beach, 5 mins, but even closer to the pool. The square had lots of restaurant options
