Positive: Nice and peaceful location altough since the AC was not working we had to keep the windows open, therefore we could hear the dogs barking in the nearby field. The communication with the owner was good. The owner tried their best to fix the AC without success (not their fault, I get it, things break). Free parking is a bonus in Buzau. The place is very close to the city Mall (10 min walk). The beds were very comfortable, the appartment was clean and felt safe. It is a huge appartment with free wifi and tv channels (no TV in one of the bedrooms). Amazing for short stay but some things can be improved to be perfect for more than 2 nights (we stayed 14). All windows have mosquito nets, so amazing to keep windows open at night. There is washing/dryer machine available altough the programme button did not work (as it ahould) but did the trick eventually.
Negative: On booking it says the appartment buildings has a lift but it does not. Not an issue as it is located on the 1st floor (or 2nd US). The fridge was not a fridge but a very small Heineken beer little fridge so not suitable to stay longer. Curtains were too long and missing the stopping end caps hence two of them almost fell off. Since the AC did not work, it was kind of hot in the appartment and opening the windows did not help with the noise (cooling was OK). There is no storage dressers in the appartment so we had to keep clothes in suitcases. There is a small storage room but was full with construction items and some other stuff. We also found unwanted items in one of the bedrooms' nightstand (not going to say here what it was).
Summary: Great appartment for short stay, not so great for more than 3 days
