This two-level home accommodates up to 12 guests and offers mountain and pine views, all while being close to downtown and the ski area.
LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted Warrior's Mark neighborhood located on the south end of Breckenridge near Peaks 9 & 10. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.
AMENITIES –The main level open area allows everyone to be a part of the action. The fully stocked kitchen features polished granite counters and stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and relax with your family and friends. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite on the main level, and on the lower level a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and bunk room. Enjoy the loft level with 3 Twin sleeper chairs for extra sleeping capacity. On the lower level, enjoy the den with large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and wet bar. After the day's activities, soak in the private hot tub and soak up the fresh alpine air.

Summary: We really enjoyed the house. It is very clean and well maintained. The Breckenridge brown bus route is literally right in front of the house making it easy to get to Beaver Run for skiing or head into town for dinner.

Summary: We stayed at the Riverwood Retreat for a long weekend ski trip with friends. The location is amazing. There is a free shuttle stop at the end of the driveway that goes downtown and to the ski resort. The home itself was comfortable and had space for everyone. It was very clean and the check in/out process was easy! Highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed here with friends and there was no shortage of space. Plenty of us were very tired skiers after several days riding. There was always a comfy place to relax and everyone had their own bed to retreat to. It was a also a pretty cold week and we were always warm in the house. I’d definitely stay again.
