Positive: Location is centrally located. The things I need are just a stone's throw away like drinking water supply, laundry service, eateries, bakeries, convenience stores, specialty shops, etc. Easy commute to the malls, groceries, hospitals, schools, gyms. Massage/spa, men & women salon walkable.. Transportation is readily available and with tons of options if you don't have a vehicle. The unit has the best view of the Iloilo River scene. You will enjoy both the sunrise & sunsets, you may use the balconies if you like. The facility is clean. The staff helpful, and cordial. Security always present. The host is attentive & thoughtful of our needs, with quick response to our queries.

Positive: We enjoyed the spacious apartment with a lovely 12th floor view overlooking the River. (Wifi decent). Host was available when we had a bit of a problem/complaint (good on her). I also liked that the building is near River walk, situated in a real neighborhood, walking easily to local stores and markets as opposed to some condos in Iloilo that trap you in the tourist zone, entered with gates and guards, away from the heartbeat of normal life. Good area!
Negative: There were some issues with essential supplies for our 8 day stay, but this was eventually remedied by the owner/host (Thank you). The kitchen really needs a sauce pot for soup, also no bowls only plates provided. (Fry pan is provided). The largest improvement would be some sun shading or darkening blinds. This is an EXTREMELY bright apartment so the 6 am sun, there is no way to avoid it and you will wake up unable to sleep in with moderate light. I guess if you are a rice farmer waking up with the sun it's fine, but your sleep will struggle past 7am. This issue has been noted by other guests. So bring your sleep mask and sunscreen. Be prepared.(Note: there is no longer an exercise/weight room as advertised). But, for the price point it was a fair value, and overall we give her place good marks.
