Summary: The property is very nice,but there were so many things wrong with it. The bathrooms were very filthy and some of them had no hot water. The water coming from the tap was very smelly.We have been doing this for 7 years now and this was the worst place we have ever booked. I really think they need to put a little more in the maintenance and to get better cleaning staff..One of the rooms had something that looked like mice droppings.

Summary: We had a wonderful gathering of friends for two nights here. The big kitchen was a centerpiece in the main house and we enjoyed the beautiful entertainment lodge. The kids had a wonderful time. I highly recommend tubing in town at OARS. The river was pristine and it was a highlight for us. Thank you for hosting our group.

Summary: Plenty of space for everyone, beautiful grounds and pool, well equipped kitchens with ample dishes for our crowd of 29! Walter was on the spot with help whenever we had a question. Really made for a lovely vacation.

Summary: The property worked fine for our large group (10 adults, 3 teens, 3 children). The pool table and the pool were the best parts. The bathrooms were outdated and one smelled strongly of sulfur. The cottage felt dusty and smell moldy.

Summary: This estate provided a wonderful experience for our annual Family Reunion (four generations). The lodging was spacious, comfortable, and flowing. The back deck, off the main house, was the popular gathering spot. And the oversized kitchen and great-room in the entertainment house was fantastic for our dinners and post dinner gatherings. Lastly, the property manager (Walter) was great to engage with; very friendly, available, and responsive.

Summary: We held our company onsite on this location and rented both homes that are part of this property. We can highly recommend these facilities. They are well equipped, clean and in a lovely location. The host is super responsive and flexible. We all loved it!

Summary: We held our wedding here, with about 30 guests. The estate was so beautiful and our wedding couldn't have been better. Walter, the property manager, was so accommodating, and he gave us a great tour of the property when we first checked in. He was always available if we needed help with anything, but he gave us plenty of space where we didnt feel restricted at all. The property had enough rooms where everyone could spread out and have their own space. All the amenities were excellent, and we'll definitely come back!

Summary: We had an amazing time - we were a large group, over 20, and everyone had space and things to do. Wonderful sitting porches for our older family members, delightful pool for playing in or lounging by, large hot tub, basketball, hiking, plenty of kitchens, fire pits, corn hole, we cruised through our days enjoying the views and the peacefulness and togetherness while the kids stayed entertained. Walter was very responsive when we had questions and was right on hand to meet any need that arose. We had a family reunion of sorts with a small wedding in the middle and this venue was exactly perfect. Not super fancy, which made it all the more comfortable, and just right and beautiful. We would love to come back every year with our group.
