Positive: Overall, an excellent place to stay!

Negative: The outdoor lights near the room were a bit too bright at night and made it hard to sleep. One small downside was a staff member who reminded us to leave gratuities, which felt inappropriate—especially since the person hadn’t actually worked closely with us. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic.

Positive: Beautiful setting and rooms were tastefully decorated.

Negative: Our initial rooms had an issue with hot water. We had to make a bit of a fuss - which was a shame -but were eventually moved to upgraded rooms - after this the staff couldn't have been more attentive.

Positive: The hotel was amazing and the food was superb. I loved the ambiance and the decoration. I had a villa to myself and my sister. The villa was decorated using the local traditional items and was very beautiful. When i arrived, i was a little sad that I had to leave the next day. I wished that I had one more day to stay there. There were a lot of food and fruit options and is also child friendly. In the morning, the sound of the bird made me feel that i was in the middle of nature and it was the beautiful feeling.

Negative: I liked everything about this place. I just wish I had spent one more day there as i felt like i could not enjoy what it had to offer, to the fullest because of the early check out the next day.

Positive: Beautiful location, lovely staff and really good food. Could've stayed for many more nights.

Negative: We thought it was closer to Arusha but was maybe 40 minutes away ( our fault completely but it's not in Arusha if thats where you think you want to be)
