Positive: The property was exceptional, spacious, squeaky clean and the housekeeping staff fantastic. The Bistro food and service were 10/10 - the spaghetti marinara was excellent. Sadly the hotel front bar staff were absolutely disgusting. The barman and the off-duty barman displayed disrespectful and disgraceful behaviour. The music being played was loud and offensive. The staff members had “mates” there playing pool and were extremely rude to a patron who ended up being forced to leave because of their taunting and aggressive behaviour. We were forced to leave for our own safety.
