Positive: The apartment has an excellent location. The kitchen is well equipped. I consider it a great advantage that the apartment has a large window in the room used for sleeping and daily rest. The owner is a wonderful person, very approachable, kind, and always ready to help, which is why I truly regret that, due to the hard beds, I cannot give a higher rating than 8.

Negative: The two couches used for sleeping are quite hard, so at least a mattress topper should be added. Each bed only has one (large) blanket available, which can be inconvenient if you are traveling with a friend (and not a partner) and want to have your own blanket. The sheets are not secured to the beds (they don’t have elastic), so they often bunch up as you move during sleep.

Positive: The host is the best I ever had. Very helpful, nice, friendly, ready to compromise, communication is great, and responds to messages in few minutes, all the best. The building was secure and in a great location.

Negative: I don't know how I missed it, but the place doesn't have a TV. As well, some of the furniture is a bit outdated.
