Positive: Staff is excellent. Wonderful communication. Comfortable bed, clean and comfortable room. The upgrades over the past couple years are quite nice. The property is a good size for taking our dog for a walk and there is access to the Thompson River gravel bars to walk and explore. The new owners have a wonderful Chinese restaurant from which they serve wonderful varieties of excellent food. It was quite popular and busy for sit in and take out for the 3 nights we stayed there.

Negative: Well it is on busy highway 5 with a busy train corridor on the other side of the river. However that just adds to the experience knowing that goods and services are flowing through BC. That's on 1of the northbound BC highways. My point is the noise can be a bit harsh if one let's it be, we were not bothered

Positive: Conveniently located on the way to Jasper and the north. Don't expect peace and quiet due to the proximity to a busy highway.

Negative: The roadside sign was not visible in the dark. I only recognized the hotel by the distinctive looks.

Positive: Nice and clean motel en route to Jasper. The owner were very helpful and breakfast was fine.

Negative: Staff was in the room above ours and got up very early, which woke us up due to the noise from walking back and forth.

Positive: This is an absolutely lovely and gorgeous motel. It’s well-maintained, with the added option of an RV campground. The rooms are extremely clean, with fresh new bedding that gives a true feeling of home. The homemade breakfast is highly recommended. We will defiotely stay with them next time
