69 River Rd on 1.4 acres w/100 feet of Riverfront w/access to many activities. Surrounded by beautiful large trees with abundant wildlife including deer, turkeys, birds, foxes, groundhogs.

Very private first floor of a house with three bedrooms with one full bath. Full gym and sauna with an additional shower. Walk downhill to our 100 ft of river front. Outside barbecue area and hangout areas. Can sleep 6 people with extra couch space and airbeds for the small ones. River swimming for the family. Dogs welcome.

Summary: The view! Wow! My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend trip to visit our daughter. We hiked in the Catskills and visited Woodstock and enjoyed NY pizza. Returning to our rental each evening was enjoyable and always felt safe. The dog and I enjoyed walking down to the river each morning for a view both refreshing and inspiring.

Summary: Located close to Kingston. Host was kind and communicative. The walk to river is very steep and with all the rain this year it made that outdoor experience a bit different than expected. Really comfortable beds, kitchen is small if you plan on cooking you might want to consider bringing supplies. Loved that it is dog friendly. Check out the Hudson river cruise it is a fun activity!

Summary: This was our 6th annual boys weekend for me and 4 college friends (2 of us shared a bed in the master bedroom, 2 had their own room/bed, 1 slept on the couch). We really enjoyed our stay, Judith was a great host, out of our hair despite the fact that it is a private apartment on the first level of a two story house. The first night we were worried we caused too much noise but she said she was just happy to hear us having a great time. Easy communication and loved our time there. Full gym and sauna! We caused a minor mishap with the gym equipment but Judith laughed it off and told us not to worry. Great weekend and host. So close to Kingston which is an amazing town.

Summary: Enjoyed the view of the Hudson River from picture window, the living space was comfortable and artwork was amazing! Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Owner was very kind and accommodating, gave great recommendation for restaurant for dinner and local shopping too.
