Summary: My family of 4 visited for the holidays to enjoy Pagosa and skiing at wolf creek. This rental is perfect size for us and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & hot springs. It's clean, comfortable beds, full kitchen, and great backyard on the river.

Summary: Home is within walking distance to Main Street, the river and parks. Home has been redecorated really well and is very comfortable. Would recommend staying here if your in Pagosa Springs.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s house. The house was spotless and in a great location. It was very well equipped for me to cook meals and had plenty of linens. My only suggestion would be to have screen doors added so that the cool evening breezes could be enjoyed even more. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely use Andrew again.
