Positive: Thanks everyone at Rivera Cairo Hostel for the great stay we had there. The location was excellent to visit the different parts of the town and good restaurants were close. The staff was always super friendly, special thanks to Mahmoud Ali and Amr. The room was exactly what we needed and the breakfast very good.

Summary: A wonderful stay for a great price to visit Cairo for a few days. Definitely recommend it!

Positive: Staff was incredible. Really helped us with any request and favour. We stayed twice here because we felt it was the best we could get in downtown Cairo for this sort of budget. breakfast was abundant and good (typical Egyptian). The room was spacious and double glazed windows were quite good (better to stay in one of the rooms at the back). The room had everything you need including fridge and AC. We would definitely go back to Riviera. It's on 2nd floor of an old building but most of the hotels are like this in downtown

Negative: The transfer to the airport (really recommended) was late but they made sure the second time we took it that everything was ok. And it was.. thanks a lot again!!

Positive: The comprehensive experience of this hotel is perfect! The geographical location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, scenic spots, business circles, travel, play and shopping are super convenient. The room is clean, neat, very new and well equipped. The most impressive is the staff, Mahmoud Ali and Zeinab they are warm and considerate, from check-in to check-out all the intimate service, every request, let people feel warm. Highly recommended!
