Positive: The property was very clean and modern, a very welcoming and comfortable place. The hosts were fabulous, very accommodating and friendly.

Negative: It was a bit small for my 6ft 3in husband. But would be fine for average size people.

Positive: River Retreat is our go to accommodation whenever we visit Exeter Samina & Sean are great hosts and the apartment is always spotless It has an amazing combination of an amazing quiet location and views, easy parking and great transport links to Exeter or Topsham Highly recommended!!

Positive: Lovely apartment with a sofa bed in the living room which also had a kitchenette. Clean and new looking facilities. A very powerful shower in the ensuite shower room in the bedroom.

Negative: The apartment has a very steep sloping concrete driveway with a couple of steps leading up to the front door. This was manageable for my family and l but something to consider if you are a wheelchair user or find walking difficult.
