Positive: Location was a 6 minute drive to restaurants downtown. Had a fridge for our food.

Negative: The interior was quite clean but the upkeep of the home was not great. Entranceway was dirty, rug was stained, there was a burnt countertop above the stove, duct tape on one of the heat grates. The view that was part of the reason I booked this place was blocked by the massive pine trees. Cost was $800 for two days which would have been about the same price for a hotel. Did not feel like I got my moneys worth and thought it would be nicer for the price. Will do the hotel next time on the river.

Summary: Did not feel like much bang for my buck. Disappointing.

Positive: The home was mostly as described. The location was close to town.

Negative: The carpeting was filthy and disgusting! There was a sign by the door asking to please take off your shoes. We do not wear shoes in our own home however I would never not wear shoes on that carpet! Needs cleaned however it appears to dirty to clean so likely needs replaced.

Summary: Overall good with the exception of the carpet which unfortunately gives the entire home a dirty feel
