Summary: River Ranch met our need for a place to stay the night as we traveled through the state. The room was clean and in overall good condition. It met the description and had the amenities listed. I liked the separate entrance for each room and parking right out front. There were a few small items that needed maintenance but nothing that caused a significant inconvenience (toilet was loose so it wobbled slightly when you sat down and the bathroom fan didn't look like it was quite right in the ceiling but it worked). My only negative was the service at check in. The desk worker was polite but other than giving me the key and directions to the room, there was zero information provided about where anything was, hours, not even the Wi-Fi password. I assumed that was because the information would be in the room but there was no information there either.

Summary: This could be an exceptional experience but the property needs some renovation. The location is beautiful, there are several amenities but our room was dark and dated. There is a restaurant and pool inside and a grill and bar outside.looking out over the river.

Summary: I liked the resort feel and the view. The somewhat of a cabin setup was also very unique. I did not like how the room was not entirelt clean. Wrappers on the floor from a previous renter and spider webs in doorways.

Summary: Our stay was good. There was a problem with our reservation at first, but they were quick to make available another room for the same price and to accommodate us and our needs. A beautiful location and friendly and helpful staff.
