Positive: It was walking distance to temple bar area. The room was cozy with a small fridge which I really appreciated. There was a shared kitchen area on the main floor that was well stocked with a very spacious area for eating and sitting. The woman at the front desk was kind and accommodating. It was raining while I was there so I didn’t make use of the rooftop terrace. The bathroom was small but clean. It was also very convenient as it was only a few steps away from transportation. Both the city transit and the Dublin express (airport bus).

Negative: It’s not so much a dislike but something to be mindful of. There is a spot right beside the hotel that gives meals on some days to those struggling with homelessness and addiction. So there were times that a large number of people in this demographic gathered outside. While I didn’t have any negative experiences, it might be something to be mindful of if you are travelling alone, or with young children.

Summary: Great amenities, very hospitable and accommodating. Cozy comfortable rooms, great location.

Positive: Good location. Nice staff and really nice kitchen/eating area for common use. Room had everything we needed.

Negative: Soundproofing was not good, so you can easily hear everything happening outside your Room.

Positive: The lady at reception was very accommodating, the hotel room we stayed in had a great view of the river. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and very modern, the bathroom was excellent. The self check in ran very smoothly, we had a very nice stay and could not recommend this place enough.
