Summary: Easy launch ramp, beach front access to anchor boat, and perfect house for family fun and nighttime stargazing. Would recommend coming here for a river weekend away from the bustle of Parker or Havasu. Would stay here again!!

Summary: This property is a hidden gem hence the name Hidden Valley.Adrian went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. The house came with everything we needed and more. The rooms were 5 star accommodations and all of us sleep like logs.In the evening it was hard to decided on the pool room-Foosball table-or a movie on the many premium channels to choose from. The white sandy beach was perfect and so easy to walk to.At night the third deck was amazing for star viewing .Our family can't wait to book again next year because no other River house can top Adrian's .Thank you for the memories and the new friends we have made. Very Grateful Tracey & Kai⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: If you have a group of people and are looking for a place to stay on the River, then this is your place. Outside: Lots of parking, an outdoor shower to keep the sand and dirt out of the house, a great BBQ area with a separate cook top and a spacious covered deck with furniture, and a horseshoe pit. Inside: 2 Livingroom's with flat screen TV's, a separate room with a nice pool table, a Foosball table and a bar. The kitchen is fully stocked and even had a electric knife sharpener (as the person who cooks I really appreciated this as knives in rentals are sooo dull). There are multiple air conditioning systems in the house so even when it gets above 110 outside the house is very cool. The beds all seemed to have quality FLAT mattresses that were comfortable. The pictures just don't tell the whole picture. This is a spacious place with great amenities. We highly reccomend it.

Summary: This was our second time staying in this amazing home. It was immaculate and perfect for our group. They even got a foosball table for this year and i think everyone got a game in. We had amazing sights on the roof for some stargazing and even got a couple cornhole games in when the sun was going down one day. We will stay here again. Thank you Adrian.

Summary: We had to get a river spot last minute because our other place canceled on us. We were presently surprised about this house. Adrian was a very nice host.

Summary: This property is amazing! Incredibly comfortable, spacious, and has all the amenities, and then some. The owner, Adrian, is the coolest guy, and invited us for margaritas. We had a great stay!

Summary: We just returned from a 3 night stay at this amazing home, and it definitely exceeded all our expectations. There were only 4 of us, so we had way more space than we needed, but it actually worked out well , when my sister in law had to banish her husband to an adjacent bedroom due to his monster snoring, haha! Talk about attention to detail.! The home is equipped with everything you need…(more kitchen appliances and utensils than I have at home!), beds are super comfortable, TV’s in every room. Adrian is an great host and quickly responded to a couple questions we had. We had events in Lost Lake every day, and we were so happy to get back to our Hidden Valley Home in the evening. I could go on and on, but the bottom line…. I would not hesitate to rent this gem again! ***OH, and to the previous reviewer who couldn’t find the 3rd bathroom, it is just off the patio and super cool with dual shower heads!!
Neil B. Jul 1, 2022 03:41:45 AM
Summary: Great place, lovely house, great AC and amenities. Only thing is, we only found 2 bathrooms, and the listing says 3. It is a little far from other civilization, but this is part of its charm.
