Summary: I was there for a short stay due to a boat race in Parker. I will book again for next years race. Everything is updated, modern and clean. I slept well and enjoyed my stay. I did not worry about my vehicle or my neighbors. ( why I prefer to not stay in hotels). Pull around parking is awesome! Prior to my stay, I did not know much of the Hidden Valley/Lost Lake area of the River. As a life long boater, I would love to come back in the summer and appreciate an area that looks like skinny water paradise for small boats (i.e. under 21 ft)

Summary: THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN, VERY WELCOMING. THE OWNER IS A GREAT PERSON VERY FRIENDLY NOT ONLY HIM BUT THE FEW NEIGHBORS THAT LIVE IN THE RESORT VERY NICE PEOPLE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOME TRANQUILITY AND BEING OUTDOORS BY THE RIVER, THIS IS THE PLACE.
