Negative: Location out of town in country. Room upstairs was not easy to climb to for seniors. No exhaust fan in bathroom and room heated up after showers. No TV.

Positive: Breakfast consisted of a beautifully presented yogurt fruit cup, fresh muffins, sausage patties, and a homemade butternut squash frittata. Breakfast is served at 9:00. We ate with the other guests (the house has three bedrooms), and had a great conversation. Our bedroom was simply but tastefully furnished (no TV or desk), our private bathroom was roomy and clean (everything worked!), and there were two common sitting areas in the house with a fireplace and TV. A short walk down the hill took us to the edge of the river, where there were chairs and a hammock. Beautiful view out the window. Strong and fast wifi. Our hostess Donna was great! FYI that the place is a little hard to find. Trust your GPS and follow the signs when you arrive at the property. Donna lives nearby and will meet you at the house.

Positive: Breakfasts were exceptional, healthy, flavorful and well executed. Liked the private bathrooms. Location offered extreme quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Host was very personable and knowledgeable about the area and helpful in guiding to some of the areas attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Negative: no dislikes for the property and accommodations. There is nothing negative to share about this venue.

Summary: Really enjoyed our first foray into the BNB arena. Plan on going back.
