Positive: Stayed in King room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious .

Negative: This place is under new owners and all the previous reviews about free coffee in the lobby and efficient reception is a thing of the past. All you get is fake apologies and smiles from an inexperienced young lady. Breakfast was very basic. No buffet, just a plate of whatever they serve. Scramble eggs were a bit burnt. No fruit on offer. No English TV channels as displayed on room TV guide. Only Thai shopping channels. New owner has canceled cable TV subscription. This place is not within walking distance of any good restaurants. Had 7/11 dinner on the first night. You need to taxi or hire a car as we did. The pool had leaves and floating debris . No pool towels on offer. Small windows made it look dingy inside. They offered a complimentary airport shuttle on booking.com but receptionist said they no longer have a vehicle. For the price paid, this hotel / motel is poor value.
