Positive: - The rooms are great! Especially after the hurricane :) - Service is great too. Everyone is extremely nice and they are really fast to solve any problem. - Location is great if you want to stay at the "costera"

Negative: - The hotel just doesn't have space in the public areas to accommodate the amount of people that come on a weekend or during high season. The small pool will have like 50 people in it, there are 45min long lines for check-in and check-out, etc. - The food is HORRIBLE. - Even though it's "forbidden" to reserve the loungers, the rule is not enforced at all. All loungers are reserved from 7AM until the evening...

Summary: Not recommended when there are a lot of people. Rooms are nice though.
