Positive: Location was very good walking distance from sea, good view from room. Kaha is very good host, all staff actually was very helpful, attentive and just pleasant people. We visited at the end of October so Ureki was out of season, everything was pretty much close. But restaurant at place saved us from starving, and food was very good and tasty.

Positive: Overall, it's a relatively new hotel, which means that the rooms are renovated and clean. Everything worked in the room. In the rain, we were provided with an umbrella, and overall the staff were nice.

Negative: We paid around $170 per night for a room with a balcony facing the forest & sea. For a price this high in Georgia, we expected at least a decent breakfast (breakfast didn't have many food options, no real deserts, cappuccino was an extra charge of around $3). The restaurant itself was not that clean. For instance, when we ordered food in the afternoon, the glasses we were given for water were not super clean (you could see the stains on the glass). There was just one person working in the restaurant, and food itself was expensive and not very delicious. So, the dining/breakfast part was disappointing, especially given that there are not great food options in Ureki. Another issue is not directly related to the hotel, but the road to the beach, although not long, is not clean, and the beach and the sea water are not clean, so that definitely ruins the whole experience.

Positive: The restaurant is comfortable and serves tasty meals. So you can enjoy the lunch/dinner with a sea view and a light sea breeze. Friendly staff both at the reception and the restaurant. It's a laundry service rather quick and at a reasonable price. There are towels, that are available for use at the beach.
