Positive: Great mountain location! Staff very kind and helpful. Accommodation modern, clean, comfortable and professionally managed. Access road a little challenging … but exciting! Nearby Cadagno lake is of very significant scientific interest!

Negative: Food was very good ! … albeit a little more pricey than we would normally choose to pay.

Positive: What a beautiful setting. So perfect high up in the mountains north of Piotta Quinto CH. Great food, local cheese, even better staff. located in a picture perfect meadow. 50 meter waterfall backdrop, Lakes on each side, and 3-4 mountain cabins straight out of a swiss alpine storybook. The 45 minute white knuckle drive was worth every jaw dropping km. Beautiful hiking trails. The many hikers I met on the 5 lake loop trail. were so friendly. the Italian swiss are so welcoming. Most amazingly fast wifi and cellular service to post every moment (get a real life if you actually do that).

Negative: The drive up the mountain. switchbacks, single narrow lanes, 100 ft drop off messes with your adrenaline. Trust google maps on this . I doubted every switchback , but it was spot on every turn right to the parking lot. You are rewarded with the rush that you did drive it. Drink a beer to calm your nerves. if your significant other is a backseat driver, blindfold them.

Summary: don't miss this place. worth every relaxing and terrifying moment.

Positive: Outstanding location/view and the building had nice architectural design

Negative: Breakfast could have been a little bit better but it was not bad. The lighting in the room was a bit too bright and there were too few sockets
