Positive: The property was as described, spacious and had amazing views and proximity to beach and shops. Easy to find and access as per instructions with fully stocked as if we were st home.

Negative: Bathrooms are a little dated with some amenities needing to be updated such as bathroom bins. Also balcony doors and ceiling fans could use are service.

Summary: All in all this was a wonderful place for a quick 3 night stay away from home.

Positive: Good location to beach and shops around the island. Provide plenty of board games for the family to enjoy. Nice to get a bottle of wine.

Negative: Facilities within the house are getting worn and old. Bed mattresses are really soft and showers are not the cleanest with mold along the edges. Full kitchen facilities but everything is just really used, worn and old.

Summary: Nice place to rent by the beach but won’t be coming back again.

Positive: Location and outlook from the upper story/deck is great, love the magpies that visit the deck. It was peaceful and my teenagers loved the 'retro' PS2!

Negative: One downside is just how cold the main downstairs area is, definitely better for summer.

Positive: Great beach house. Clean & excellent location, with great amenities. Very close and short walk to the beach. Beautiful big sunny balcony to relax on with lovely garden and view.

Negative: Master bedroom does not have a door and opens onto to open plan lounge / kitchen living. Not a problem unless you need privacy from other guests sharing home.

Negative: If I had one dislike , it gets fairly windy sometimes on balcony out back, some type of blinds to block out the wind would only be an asset 👍

Positive: Quiet spot, peaceful view from the balcony of the ocean in the distance. Large living area, kitchen and dining. The bean bags inside with a view out the big sunny windows were a nice touch, especially if too chilly out on the balcony.

Negative: For the accommodation price and cleaning fee, sheets and towels should be included. Very cold tiles in bathrooms and ground floor. BBQ would be best if located on the balcony and main entertainment area, not downstairs where there is no seating. This meant we didn't use it at all during our stay and just cooked our BBQ inside.

Summary: Lovely stay, but the price and service fee is too high considering sheets & towels are not included.
