Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome. The location was perfect, close to sightseeing & the Vatican City. The apartment itself was new, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need whether you stay a few days or longer. Luciano was exceptional, he was really helpful & made our stay unforgettable. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

Positive: Clean, in the city center, not far from metro, extremel rare historical building (and cool elevator). Luciano, the host, is an abslute gem, super nice guy, told us about city, room and everything, even included gifts after oir arrival which we happily consumed. Overall would for sure return. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Value for money is just right.

Summary: If you found this place not reserved for the dates you want to come to Rome, just book it now.

Positive: Luciano is a very kind and thoughtful host. Having a washer and dryer just outside the room was fantastic and especially convenient for a long stay. The location by the Tiber River is close to all the main attractions. I had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it.

Positive: The hotel's location is perfect. It was a 3-minute walk from Via del Corso. I was lucky to find a hotel so centrally located with such good value and amenities. The hotel's owner is so kind and helpful for everything. He is asking all time if we needed anything. The room is clean and big. When I come again i will stay here.

Positive: Excellent service and hospitality of Luciano…A very kind citizen willing always to help and consider your needs day by day…I surely recommend these Luxury Rooms and Suites if you’re considering a trip to Roma.

Negative: Everything was great, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the shower was perfect, enjoying hot and cold water without any problem.

Summary: We have chosen a great place to stay during our 4 days in Rome.
