Positive: The price/quality and the location. Also, the whole area is quite neat and clean. it is easy to go to Milan by the train or Bus. Also, very close to a nice shopping outlet which can be reached by train.

Negative: The whole accommodation needs a major renovation. The rooms are very old furnished, the wallpapers all are torn apart and the floor is not neat any more.
