Summary: I was a bit perplexed by this property. I booked it as it had a kitchenette and coffee machine. However on arrival, I found the whilst the room had a fridge, hob and microwave, I had no pans, utensils, bowls, etc. There was only one small plate, two cups and two glasses. When I went to ask, I was told that some rooms have everything (the neighbouring room had pans, a colander, etc) and some don't have the basics. I spent the first hour of my stay begging for a pan, a bowl and a wooden spoon. I was told they were busy and to come back later. No coffee machine like in the photos either. There was a coffee machine in reception available to use until 11am when clean mugs were available. On the positives, the room was clean, the gym was a nice addition, albeit lacking air con. On the negatives, bed was against the wall neighbouring the lifts so there were inevitable clangs of operation. Also, the light above the bed didn't work so the room felt dingy. Overall, this hotel didn't live up to expectations but things that could be easily fixed with a bit more attention to detail.

Summary: We liked the location, it was close to the tram stop which is very good. Having a kitchen was nice too but we weren't able to utilize it cause there were no pots and pans and just a couple of mugs and 1 plate to use. The room can be a bit stuffy too during the day but they gave us a fan when we asked for it. Overall it was very good place to stay. The price was reasonable too.

Summary: On first glance, the room seemed okay. However, on further inspection, it was rubbish. We booked a room with a kitchenette which you would think meant you could use it to cook etc, but there was no kitchen amenities. We went downstairs to ask for forks, knifes, bowls and a frying pan and we were given a frying pan and one fork as a ‘favour’, if we wanted more, we had to upgrade our room to the next tier with a kitchen. How does this make any sense?! So the first tier with a kitchen, you can have one but nothing in it, second tier, you can have one with cutlery? WHAT A JOKE. The apartment was also covered in dust, the bed was so so so dusty, I was sneezing and blocked up every night. Not forgetting to mention the fact that the drains were blocked, so anytime you would use the sink it would take hours to go down, leaving anything you spat out after brushing your teeth in the basin, I had to keep wiping the sink with toilet roll after the water had emptied. They provided an all in one (half full) pump with body wash and shampoo in it, but no conditioner, we ran out and had to use hand soap- incase we were charged for that too!

Summary: A lovely stay in this apartment. A suggestion would be air-conditioning as it was quite warm in the room. Staff were exceptionally friendly. We would recommend these accommodation.

Summary: The staff were extremely helpful whether checking in or with enquiries. They also do not disturb you during your visit if you don't want them too (often the do not disturb signs get ignored but not here). This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many) where the hand soap and bedding has not caused me to have a reaction. The location is ideal - there is a lovely Asian restaurant across the road (Neu Mee) and a gorgeous pizza place around the corner (Golda) as well a very short walk to buses, trams and trains.

Summary: Positive: The hotel itself is good, it’s easy to communicate with the receptionist, there’s drinkable water by the reception, there’s kitchen but was too warm to be in, and the room I stayed at was big and cozy. It’s a bit far from the city center but very walkable. Negative: The entrance door isn’t easy to find because there isn’t a big sign on top of it. The sink in my room was a bit clogged and took a while to drain and the shower head was loose (I could have told the personnel but I was only staying for a couple of days). The location was a bit dodgy and I asked the receptionst about it and they said they’ve been out late before and nothing ever happened to them. Nonetheless, if I get to come back to Verona I’d definitely stay here again.
