Positive: Very clean, modern apartment situated close to a nice beach. Nothing was missing. Grocery store, caffee and DM in the same building. Possibilty to see your car from the window.

Positive: Absolutely nice experience. The apartment is cozy and spotless, providing warm and inviting atmosphere. Stunning view to Kvarner bay. There is a convenience of having always available public parking nearby and a supermarket right on the ground floor makes everything easier.

Positive: Very friendly owner, meet at apartment on time of arrival, gave proper instruction for usage home utilities, have detailed instruction files in apartment for code for usage garbage area, TV channels etc. A lot of utensils, frying pan, pots of different sizes, stove with gas and induction combined, have electrical oven, iron board with iron, hair fan, bed linen and bath/hand towels clean and more then enough, we were 3 persons with very comfortable living for 10 days, Have huge balcony with resting area for 4 persons and view for parking space and sea view. Flat is on the Eastern side, so can see sun on early morning hours only, rest of the day well sheltered and no hot at all, during end of may didn't use air conditioning at all. 10 minutes walking to the nice beach Vila Nora, another beach Kantrida less attractive but even closer. Apartment very fresh in new building, DM shop and Plodine supermarket under this building and working Mon. To Saturday till 22.00. Area is very quiet far from road with intensive traffic, good for evening promenade. Railway pass within 50m, but passenger trains passed so quite, that we noticed them on second day only 😀, not disturbing at all even with opened windows.
