Positive: Loved the location. On the Rio Grand and centrally located been Pagosa, Creede and Monta Vista. Plus 2nd story balcony.

Negative: Master bedroom did not have a tv. It was abnormally hot and there is no specifications

Summary: Beautiful cabin and in-town location.
