Summary: This is a beautiful place to stay, right in the middle of the city centre. The guys running it are so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and the views of the city are lovely. Breakfast was delicious too!

Summary: I cannot rate this B&B highly enough. Andy & Andrew go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. As soon as we arrived we were given lots of information about the local area so we could do some exploring while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Andrew had recommended a restaurant for lunch that gave us a fantastic view of the leaning tower and made it feel like it was within touching distance. The room was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. Lots of choice at breakfast too and no problem in leaving suitcases at the hotel for a while when we checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was exceptionally warm and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with great quality and variety. The location is perfect and very convenient. We stay at hotels often, and this experience truly stood out. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
