Summary: Great option for hunters or those wanting to explore all of the outdoor activities Central Montana had to offer! Top notch stargazing just outside of town. Amenities were great and perfect for cooking at home. Fenced yard was a bonus for the dogs. Mosquitos were definitely present so some sort of bug management is necessary if you want to spend extended time in the yard. Property owners can't control the bugs, so just come prepared! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: I wish more people would offer places to rent in curious little small towns like this. Great stay here. Although the house is old, everything was spotless. Patti provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great. Had room to park my trailer. And also really appreciated the fenced in yard for my dog.

Summary: If you are looking for a place to stay on your roadtrip out West, then you can count on this place to put a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in. Pros: -Quiet neighborhood (didn't hear a peep or see anyone while we were in town) -Check in was easy -Good views -Saw a mama mule deer and her babies pretty close by and lots of cats and bunnies as we walked around town. -Beds were comfortable -Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom -Host put a goodie basket on the table which was great! The popcorn made our night! -Laundry machine and shower worked great Cons: -No cell reception. To no fault of the host, but more on AT&T. We didn't have any reception for about 50 miles in either direction. Print your directions off from google before you leave or find a carrier that has coverage out in rural Montana. -No wifi. While there were parts of me that loved that we could unplug from the world for a bit, from a safety standpoint, we were concerned being somewhere we didn't know without the ability to call anyone in an emergency. We had no reception and the property does not have wifi which would have been able to make calls if something happened. There is a smart TV that would have been great to use, but it relies on you to connect it to your phone hotspot. -No AC. While it was no fault of the host that it was over 100 degrees during the day and the host gave us some great recommendations for cooling the house. It got super hot inside and didn't cool down until the middle of the night. We made due though. Overall, it did the job for what we needed. A place to rest our eyes and our bodies after a long day in the car. It was clean and safe and we came and went. Thank you very much for opening your property to us for the night!
