Positive: Hotel and amenities were fine...

Negative: Booking through Booking.com was confirmed in app and via email to me, but when we arrived at the hotel, after 4 hours of driving, the hotel had no booking for me and denied a booking was made, they didn't have any record of the booking... We got the 3 rooms, but it took an hour to sort out the mess... Seems a bit pointless booking when the systems fail like this... I will see if this gets treated fairly, it was our experience, but after a couple of years, I am now very skeptical of booking dot com, you curate your reviews which often makes them sound better than they actually are, take the criticism as constructive, but frankly I'm not at all impressed with the rating system on booking dot com... I have yet to stay at any hotel that meets the lofty ratings you give to hotels...

Summary: Great hotel, but an even greater failure by booking dot com or the hotels IT systems...
