Summary: We had booked a suite and were really looking forward to our stay but were very disappointed with this hotel. The air condition did not work and we were not taken seriously by the hotel. The staff did not speek English so this may have something to do with it. We also asked for softer pillows and got «no» in response. If you Value air condition then I would not book this hotel. We ended up getting sick from the heat as this was in July.

Summary: Very clean. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Good room size when traveling with a family. Liked the separate room with couch, TV and desk as well as the table with seats. Buffet breakfast was very good. Right on subway station.
