Summary: The buffet dinner was way too expensive for what was received - the quality of food and having to tell the staff when ti come pick up the dishes. Our bathroom was dirty (other people’s hair). There was no coffee or water in the room. Just an old hotel needing to be updated. The view was great though. When checking out the person at the desk just kept saying sorry but didn’t do anything about the situation.

Summary: Awesome hotel right at the center of the city. Walking distance to most attractions and easy to navigate. Hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and rooms were a great size with nice views. Next time I visit Hiroshima I will stay here.

Summary: Kim at the front desk is great. He sets the hotel apart from others we stayed at. Kim makes you feel welcome and that you have a friend at the hotel who cares about your visit. Room was nice and big but dated. Crack in sink upset my partner. Breakfast was disappointing. We stayed at 5 hotels and had breakfast at each. This hotel by far was number 5. Busy and less of a selection than in the other cities. Location is excellent near where you want to be and is beside bus terminal for our departure to the airport.
