Rig’s Ladder is a much-loved beach house nestled along the north coast of PEI in the community of Seaview.
Upon entry, the comfort of the house welcomes you to a state of relaxation. Your eye is immediately drawn to the views of the cape and the ocean just outside the large windows. That’s when you start to appreciate the comfort of this beautifully decorated 3000 sf oceanfront home! The open-concept air conditioned main floor easily flows from kitchen to dining and living areas.
The master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite overlooks the ocean and provides a private & large ocean side deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails! A queen bedroom (with TV) and full bathroom complete the main floor.
The house is equipped with a total of five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. From the main entrance the lower level is accessed via stairs to the left. This area boats three bedrooms - king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a spacious kid bedroom with
two double beds.
The lower level also has a large family room (complete with large screen TV and ample seating), two full bathrooms and a large laundry room.
As relaxing as the main house outside living and lounging area may be the most welcoming of all! Step outside to cook in the outdoor BBQ and bar area while your friends and family are nearby enjoying the amazing ocean views, lounging in the sun, playing in the heated pool or soaking in the hot tub. The deck also has a dining table/chairs and Adirondack chairs. This outdoor area is complete with a custom ocean side fire pit situated to maximize your view of the gorgeous island sunsets.
Wander down the private road to the beach stairs that offer direct access to our beautiful north shore beach (7-10 minute walk). This beach access is available only to you and your neighbors in this exclusive community.
The cottage is complete with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, wine fridge, two sets of full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an outdoor shower, a propane BBQ, outdoor dining and a bonfire pit.

Summary: We had an amazing time at Rig's Ladder. Beautiful views of the sunset. Having the pool/hot tub and the beach right there led to a very relaxing and fun getaway with family, friends, and the kiddos. Highly recommend this location!

Summary: The house was nice , clean and large for our family. I had booked it because of the pool but heater wasn’t too working. Washer, fireplace and ice maker wasn’t working either ,a bit disappointing for sure . I did let management know but things couldn’t be fixed and no reimbursement was offered. The house is also a bit tired looking needs some TLC.

Summary: Property was very private. Vacant homes on either side. Pool was clean and fire pit was great. Amazing sunsets and sunrises. Beach was beautiful. The cottage was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. All appliances and cookware were top notch.
