Positive: The apartment is new and very clean and spacious. It’s located not far from the beach and it has a private parking.

Negative: The first night the electricity went off and we were able to restore it only after one hour. When we left the property the owner contacted us and charged us €30 because we didn’t clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and put outside the rubbish. To be honest I found it very unfair as in the description is written including cleaning services, I manage myself multiple properties and I have never asked to any of our guest to clean the property or charged them any money. I write this for the future guests so you will be aware of this policy.

Summary: Very nice apartment but we were charged €30 extra fee because we didn’t clean the property
