Summary: No hassle checking in. Courteous and helpful staff. amazing lobby. I think the room is same as was 15 years ago :). Clean and spacious. Hot water is HOT. Walking distance to catholic church and major malls.

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were all so respectful, kind, and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our requests and even replied to my email the night before our flight when I needed to schedule an airport shuttle last minute, I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were! The breakfast buffet was amazing, so delicious and with different selections every day, which made mornings something to look forward to. Big thanks to Miss Jannet, Mr. Jeff, and the Richmonde Café team for making our stay extra special. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and it truly made a difference. Can’t wait to come back! 💛
