Positive: - it is spacious, bright, and comfortable - the sofa bed 👍 - we slept well - liked that it has secure parking - shops, cafe, pubs, restaurants, petrol station, and public transit are all in close proximity - price was good value for Dublin - everything was in good working order and we had everything we needed - we liked the aesthetic

Negative: - there was mold in the corner of the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and in the bathroom - some instructions were not clear (ex: about heating and lockboxes) - we faced an issue accessing the wi-fi, but issues were resolved promptly, excepting the mold, which I have not yet brought to the host’s attention
