Summary: Hotel staff is amazing. Thanks Singh and Victoria. Recommend parking across street for easy access to car, and in/out privileges with no extra charge. Rooms are comfortable, but deep cleaning is needed...carpet needs a good vacuuming around bed and corners, which means entire carpet probably needed a good scrubbing.

Summary: My room was comfortable, but it would have been helpful to have been informed that my room was ready as requested. Lots going on due to graduations and proms. Parking was not easily accessible for a senior citizen and valet parking cost was not suitable for my budget. I should have been informed about the fees when making my reservation and not at check in. A microwave oven is recommended especially for those who work late into the night.
