Positive: Spacious and landscaped territory, almost wild and wide beach. A great choice of dishes for every meal. Kids playgrounds for those who travel as a big family. Several pools including the quiet one just in front of the sea with a beautiful view and no music at all. Very nice and friendly cleaning personnel who entertained our kid with towels sculptures.
Negative: Honestly speaking, my first impression of the hotel was completely spoilt by the room we were given. It looked like still under construction or a real basement. There was only one bedside table placed nearby the fridge with a broken drawer. The room was so tiny even to fit 1 big adults bed and small baby bed. When baby bed was put in there the wardrobe doors couldn’t be opened, so we spent a while before we could find a good place for it so that we could use other furniture. Wallpapers were peeled off, bedside lamps were hanged unevenly. Air conditioner surface was covered with a huge layer of the dust. Windows were dirty and also very dusty. We went to the reception desk asking for a room change but the girl told us to come only next day because the client manager was out of the service at about 3 p.m. Of course, we didn’t return because it would be a real headache to come tomorrow again and pick up all the stuff again to remove to another room. That room was exactly not the thing we had paid for. I read comments over there and found out that many people complaint about the cleaning inside rooms. I just want to underline that the room we lived in requires general cleaning and after that the same level of cleanness can be sustained. Besides the personnel is doing his best to clean out the rooms with only mops. Why don’t you buy vacuum cleaners for them? It is impossible to clean out the sand and the dust with the mop only. And if you could improve the taps with the water at the entrance of the beach so that they could wash away all the sand with a strong water pressure that would also improve the level of purity. Right now the taps nearby the beach have very low water pressure and cannot wash out all the sand from the legs and slippers. Speaking of 5 star hotel, we didn’t find slippers and bathrobes in our room as well as a landline phone to be connected to the socket. And the sink was being clogged until we asked it to be repaired.
Summary: Not a true 5 star hotel with vast beach and wonderful landscape, amenities need to be renovated

Positive: The staff were very helpful & friendly - they work extremely hard. The food quality and selection were excellent.
Negative: The property is tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The wallpaper in both our rooms was scratched and peeling off the walls. The shower cubicle was so small we had to open the shower door to wash properly. The cleanliness was not great - hand prints on the mirrored wardrobe and the floor was not vacuumed at all during our stay. Drinks were of very poor quality- even the lemonade tasted like cardboard. The cocktails were terrible - cheap alcohol thrown in with sub quality mixers resulting in vile tasting concoctions that were undrinkable. The WiFi was appalling- it constantly dropped, the only area where the WiFi seemed to work was in reception, this is not acceptable in so called 5 star hotel.
Summary: Hotel did not meet expectations, some positives, but we will not be returning

Positive: Nice territory, lots of trees and shade spots
Negative: It was hard to find a clean and available table, especially during the dinner time. We tried several options, came at 19:00, at 20-20:30 and later, and there always were plenty of dirty tables. The stuff wasn’t much helpful with this issue. We had to wait up to 15 minutes for someone to clean the table. Sometimes the food wasn’t refilled once after it was finished. The hotel has 5-stars rating, but its service has nothing common with this rate
Summary: Unlikely we’ll book this hotel again.
