Positive: The hotel was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Even though they didn't speak English, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negative: It would be helpful if there was an iron for clothes in the rooms, or at least one at the reception. A toiletry kit would be useful in the rooms.

Positive: The staff were amazing and very friendly. The rooms don’t have coffee/tea making facilities but each floor does have a trolley to this one, along with fresh biscuits which is a lovely touch. Staff always present at breakfast and you could usually find someone to help you when you needed it.

Negative: The only thing that was a little off putting was that when I arrived I had to make a phone call so the staff would come to the front desk. But it was all very well signed posted with clear instructions. I later realised that the staff pro actively do a lot around the hotel and so aren’t always at the front desk.

Summary: Amazing, would come again.

Positive: Ribeira House is such a lovely space. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully adorned. Tania and Raquel are just simply lovely - kind and ever so patient and helpful. There is chocolate at reception!
